Prague Attorneys was founded in 2012 by JUDr. Štěpánka Miková and JUDr. Matouš Jíra. At present, there are seven members of the team at Prague Attorneys. They all have many years of experience in dispute resolution and have on many occasions successfully argued their cases at the highest-ranking courts in the Czech Republic - the Supreme Court of the Czech Republic, the Supreme Court of the Czech Republic, and the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic.

We work with specialists from outside the firm on issues such as accounting, tax, valuation, psychological counselling, and mediation, as well as notaries and enforcement officers, meaning that we are able to provide our clients - individuals, entrepreneurs, and major corporations alike - with an all-encompassing service over and above the legal services in family, civil, and commercial matters. Although all members of the team do speak world languages, we also work with interpreters and translators to make absolutely certain there is no language barrier.

We are also able to help clients sell their property, or indeed manage that property, and we collaborate with estate agencies to this end. We help associations of property owners and cooperatives. We feel more than comfortable in the fields of construction and industry. Our clients also include doctors and healthcare facilities.
